How to Return a Product
Returns are only accepted for products purchased from the HYGEAR website.
- You must pay for the costs of return, and make sure it gets back to us. We can send you a return label for a pickup and shipping service to make your life easier and deduct its cost from your refund.
- Sealed Products in original packaging have a $12 Restocking Fee.
- Opened Products have a $35 Open Box Fee.
- We can refuse delivery or charge additional fees for damaged or lost returns, used products, or missing parts.
All the above are referred to collectively as “return fees”.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are only valid within the first 30 days after purchase.
All refund requests must be sent to support@hygearfit.com with:
- Order #: found on your purchase confirmation email
- Photo: clearly showing the item to be returned.
- Reason for Return: 1 or 2 lines about what didn’t work for you.
You will receive Return Shipping Instructions for approved requests.
How to Get Your Money Back
We will send the final refund amount to your original payment source after we have confirmed your return and deducted any fees that apply.
How do we calculate your refund in case you receive a bundle discount?
In the event that you purchased several products (thank you for that!), enjoyed a bundle discount, and nevertheless decided to return one or more Products, we will recalculate your new bundle cost based on the Products that you kept, and refund the balance between the bundles, minus the return fees.
